SOAR Training Application

Interested in applying? There are 3 steps required for you to apply for SOAR and all must be done for us to be able to complete your application:

			Step 1 - DTS Training You MUST have DTS training before taking SOAR classes. We recommend our WDTS Training.
			Step 2 - Fill out Application... All applicants MUST fill out this document and fax or mail to our main office.
			Step 3 - Send us references... 3 References are required for each applicant. This form MUST be filled out by your 3 references and sent to us. Email this form to your references or have them download it from this website.

NOTE: Please remember to include a photograph with all applications!
