A significant part of our vision is to provide the Christian outdoor community with resources to enhance their spiritual life, leadership abilities, and outdoor guiding skills. We believe outdoor adventure is a powerful ministry tool that can be used to share the Good News and to transform broken people. However, we also recognize the critical need for outdoor leaders to have the proper training and experience in order to be safe and to use this tool to its fullest potential. Students of the below schools will receive college credit through the University of the Nations. The following courses have been developed to fill this spiritual and professional need.

AMT Certificate – This one year wilderness guide certificate is for those individuals who are serious about professional outdoor guiding in the world of Christian ministry and missions.

Wild DTS – Spend five months in the wild places seeking and learning the heart of God and developing your God given gifts to serve your Creator. Includes two months in Central Asia.

SOAR – The ultimate preparation for outdoor adventure leadership, this five month school teaches the outdoor and ministry skills you need to impact lives. Pre-requisite: a YWAM DTS.

Seminars – We offer several short training seminars & certificates to “up” the skills of those already working in outdoor adventure ministry. University credit may or may not apply to these courses.

Remember: Don’t sell yourself (or your program) short! Whether you receive training from us or elsewhere, leading in the outdoors is a serious matter. We want to transform lives, not end them.
